BACKGROUND OF THE CASE:
The gypsum grinding and calcining production line of Colombian customers was put into production in March 2017. It is mainly used for processing gypsum with raw material size less than 30mm and finished products with fineness of 200-500 mesh. The finished products are used for industrial materials and building materials and other fields.After visiting the production site of Hongji, the customer selected the complete set of equipment including YGM160 high pressure roller mill, crusher, elevator, storage bin, feeder, electric control cabinet and so on.

Process Flow:
The process flow mainly includes: break the bulk material into small pieces of material by crusher, uplift them to the small bin the elevator, then feed them into the mill through electromagnetic vibration feeder.It is grinded to 200-500 meshes by grinding machine.The qualified material is blown by the fan to the grader on the mill and transferred to the powder collector.After calcining, it is lifted to the finished material warehouse by the elevator, equipped with double-nozzle baler and tank truck, and finally transported to the destination.
