Ultra fine grinding mill is capable of grinding various materials with hardness levels ranging from low to medium. It can handle materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 9 and a moisture content of up to 6%. Some common materials processed by micro powder grinding mills include limestone, calcite, marble, talc, barite, dolomite, and kaolin, etc.

Work Principle:

Ultra fine grinding mill utilizes a combination of attrition and impact forces to reduce the size of the particles. It operates by rotating a set of grinding rollers or discs at a high speed, which creates a strong centrifugal force. The material is fed into the grinding chamber and is subjected to grinding, crushing, and impact between the rollers or discs and the grinding ring.
