We design the tin process plant flowchart & plant layout drawing according to ore conditions, provide a complete set of plant machines and send Chinese engineers to the mine site for plant installation & commissioning guidance.
Process:
The copper ore mining process flow is Hopper-> Crushing and Screening:-> Grinding and Classification-> Flotation-> Concentrate Dewatering.
Feedback:
The original copper grade was 7.0%; copper concentrate grade was 26.5%; copper concentrate production rate was 25.1% and copper recovery rate was 95.0%.
