400tph crusher plant is a stationary stone rock crushing and screening plant with 2 or 3 stage crushing process. It is typically constructed at a specific location and remains in that position for an extended period. 400tph Crushing Plant Features
1. Series jaw crusher. And the downstream cone crusher receives the material at a more uniform speed, which improves the crushing efficiency of the cone crusher
How Does 400 tph Stone Crusher Plant Work?
1. Raw material dump into the hopper by loader forklift, then feed into jaw crusher PE1000*1200 or C140 jaw crusher evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder. Both or these two jaw crushers are 500tph stone crusher. They are choosen as primary crushing process to crush large stone lumps.
2. Then coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to transfer bin, which plays the role of transfer, buffering and adjustment. The size should generally be able to stack aggregates for next crushing equipment to run for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Material from transfer bin is sent to DG cone crusher for secondary crushing process. Then goes to tertiary crusher (cone crusher or impact crusher)to get requirement stone size.
4.The final crushed material goes to vibrating screen to classify final qualified products according to different size ranges as stock pile for sale, or for road builidng use. Unqualified materials will be carried back to the stone crushing equipment for recrushing.
5. Customer can classify final products according to different size ranges. All the final products are up to the related standards within and beyond China. Dust is generated during the working process while the dust control units are needed.
