The Uzbek customer's 200TPD quicklime production line is built in 2018, mainly used to produce 20-40mm quicklime, the finished product is used in the field of building materials. After detailed visiting to Hongji’s production site, the customer selected Hongji's complete set of equipment including 2.8x48m rotary kiln, burner, dust collector, hoist, storage bin, feeder, electric control cabinet and other equipment.

Process Flow:
The process mainly includes: the bulk material is crushed into small pieces through the crusher, and is lifted to the preheater through the hoist, and uniformly fed into the rotary kiln through the feeder. After calcination, lifted to the finished material warehouse.
